3. Additional Terms for Users of the Video Social Proof Platform
Video Social Proof is an online service operated by West Pro Media Services Ltd that enables clients to collect, store, and manage video testimonials.
These additional terms apply to anyone using the Video Social Proof platform, in addition to the general terms include on this page.
3.1 Account Access
Clients are provided with a secure account for accessing the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out through your account.
Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred without our prior written consent.
3.2 Credit Usage
Accounts include a monthly credit allowance according to your subscription plan. Credits reset automatically each billing period and cannot be carried forward.
We may review usage patterns and adjust or suspend accounts if usage appears inconsistent with normal or fair operation.
3.3 Use of Google Drive Folders
Each client account is linked to a secure Google Drive folder used for storing testimonial videos generated through the platform.
These folders are strictly for the storage of testimonial videos created using Video Social Proof and must not be used for personal or unrelated files.
3.4 Ownership of Content
All videos recorded or uploaded through the platform remain your property.
By using the service, you grant West Pro Media Services Ltd a limited licence to process, store, and deliver your video content as required to operate the platform.
We do not use client videos for our own marketing or promotional purposes without prior written consent.
3.5 Responsibility for Uploaded Content
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that:
All persons featured in a video have provided consent;
No uploaded material infringes third-party rights or applicable law;
Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.
West Pro Media Services Ltd accepts no liability for third-party claims arising from videos or materials submitted through the platform.
3.6 Watermark Settings
Videos processed through the platform can be permanently watermarked according to your selected settings.
Watermarks cannot be removed or changed once applied. You should test placement, size, and colour before finalising your configuration.
3.7 Data Retention
Video files are held temporarily on our secure system for processing before being transferred to your linked Google Drive folder.
Files in system storage are automatically deleted after approximately 10 days, in line with our data retention policy.
3.8 Platform Availability
While we aim to maintain continuous service availability, occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance or third-party service outages.
We will not be liable for any loss of access, data, or opportunity resulting from such interruptions.
4. Intellectual Property
The information available on our site is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use this without the express permission of the copyright holder. However, you are permitted to provide links to the site without needing to request permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our site will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we will not be liable for any damages that may result from your use of our site.
